Crack nyos 120 skimmer?

Just received the skimmer, and noticed tiny crack in the acrylic body. Very tiny crack at the bottom where the screws are. Does that affect anything? Or the crack would expand? Ordered it from bulk reef supply.

hi, for what the charge ,have them replace it.

if keeping ,weld on 16 will fix.

It's not cracked where like there's a piece thats not connected to it. It's like a tiny hair piece crack

from looks ,it will eventually break off due to vibration.
not sure if it will affect in anyway , but ...
new ??
or suggest fix before using.

They offered 50$ credit if I keep it. Better picture. I can't feel the crack it's inside it.

Well its up to you. If you can live with it then take the 50 and add some acrylic solvent to seal it.
For me I would want a replacememt.

Honesty you're 100% right, I couldn't justify paying 430$ for a skimmer that has this kind of crack, that could be a possible failure in the future, Even though i truly hate returns, I just returned it. better be safe than sorry i guess.
