well to be honest the room that the tank is in is tiled and mostly empty and leads straight outside so clean up woudn't be that hard if I had to do a clean up.. hoping that i dont though ... knock on wood!!

Safe light windshield repair could be your answer. the have epoxy that they shoot into cracks or toss the tank.
Yeah perhaps but that's for low pressure applications, with many other different variables..
At least give it a try and call.
