Don't underestimate the damage even ten gallons can cause... 75 gallons can really ruin your day...

well to be honest the room that the tank is in is tiled and mostly empty and leads straight outside so clean up woudn't be that hard if I had to do a clean up
.. hoping that i dont though ... knock on wood!!

I don't think they would entertain the call, it would be a liability to do this type of work from a business perspective. Not worth the risk.
Sounds like you are headed this direction, but I personally would say it's either time for a new tank, or if it was a expensive custom job, have it professionally rebuilt. That really sucks, I'm sorry. But, if there was some flaw or weakness in the glass that was exposed with the bulkhead, noticing it like you did might have saved your livestock.
