Cracked motor housing

Greetings

I have an xf150 that has been going strong for probably 3-4 years ( don't remember when I bought it) took it out for maintenance, and noticed that the center housing around the motor had swollen and split open. Can I just buy that part? Will my old controller power the new versions?

Yep. I actually stumbled across that just a little bit ago. Bought one and the newer blades.
