Yes the skimmer is SWC. It is the old style not the new cone. The dual PSK-2500 pumps sometimes won’t start after a power outage. I understand that is a common problem with them. They may need new impellers or new pumps. That is why I am selling it so cheap.

I can’t remember for sure if the Iwaki pumps have American or Japanese motors. I think they are American. I’ll have to take a look at them to find out for sure.

Kevan, It is the old style skimmer not the cone type, But is a great deal as it is an awesome skimmer non the less JMO
