crap iv got ammonia now HELP

Ok so I did the change over and every thing was ok I tested every thing agian and now the ammonia is 0.25 and I'm loading fish found two more dead and missing 1 what shoud I do water change? Or what please help LOL I'm going nuts.

Looks like its an upgrade...he said change over so Im thinking he got a bigger or new tank. Is your R/O water ok?

To water is fine I just moved every thing from a 75 gallon to a 120 tall all other water parameters are good most of the coral are opening back up and the remaining fish are acking ok I checked water today and ammonia is at 0.25.
