Hey guys.. we are finally getting somewhat settled in our new house and I decided I'd start a thread documenting my reefer 250.

I bought this while we were still living in our apartment and had it set up for about 6mo but I am just now really starting and would like to create a nice mixed reef setup.

The one thing I decided when I bought a house was I wanted to plumb my tank into the basement! My wife hated the mess of me dealing with it in the living room and I hated carrying water around. I have no experience plumbing but I figured what can go wrong right? Haha
The wifey gave the ok so I cut a hole in the wall and drilled some holes!

I am going to give the triton method a try so I have plumbed in a refugium and tossed in some chaeto. I got a coral box wifi dosing pump... it has worked well so far and is reasonably priced.

I built a sump that I hope is easy to work in because I was so tired of bending over and getting under tanks.

Here goes nothing! This is a work in progress for sure but here are a few bad pics to get started! Ignore any mess you see we are still moving haha
