About a month ago I bought a blue spotted watchmen goby. It disappeared within a couple days so I figured it was taken out by the flame angel. It wasn't looking good anyways because the flame angel was picking on it and I didn't have a sand bed at the time which I heard was required for these. Since it disappeared, I've sold my flame angel for $70, and used the money to buy a sanded. Earlier today I cleaned out the sponge in the overflow and saw something swimming around, then it hit me. This fish somehow managed to get on the back side of the overflow box and has survived in that small dark space for a while. Now it's back in the tank and it seems more at peace since the flame is gone. It's not eating though. What should I do?

Here's a pic of it hanging out in its favorite spot... Right next to the overflow. It looks better than it does in the picture with bright yellow coloring

They also eat pods from my understanding, do you have any in your tank? might be an easy way for him to get some noms

No I don't, not that I know of anyways. I don't know how he stayed alive so long without food. I've tried brine shrimp, seaweed, and spirulina flakes but he's not interested

He got in the clear part of the overflow again! I thought these fish were bottom dwellers but he won't leave the overflow. I don't know how he gets in there. It seems like the teeth would be to tight of a fit and I can't see him purposely jumping in it?
