Crazy change of color

My brother has a newly acquired Carribean Blue. Woke up this am to him being like this only thing I can think is he got caught in overflow or powerhead and bruised him???? Anyone else???

The lighting is a little off - however - if what you're asking about is what I'm seeing - it could be an injury - more history - and a better description would help!
 
PS - there are multiple fish called 'Caribbean Blue'. What was this sold as? Meant to say above - you need a picture under white light if possible

This fish does go through phases of color change but its different than what is shown.
Pics are best under white lighting and what are you feeding it? (it appears somewhat thin) and can be weakness. Here is one color phase with them:
