It is a different brand than I use but I use super glue gel and have had no issues. been told by others including two LFS that it is fine to use

I don't know if I would use that stuff... The marketing imagery makes it look like it stretches. If that's the case it surely isn't pure cyanoacyllate or however you spell it...

All jokes aside though, if it is 100% it is fine to use. It is almost all the same. I use the cheap stuff from Menards, Free after rebate deal ;)

The stretching this is to show that its strong enough to fix the exercise equipment. Atleast I think so

Actually that was just my attempt at being funny...lol. Super glue will never fix a resistance band... Sarcasm fail I guess.

But as I said, any cyanoacrylate glue will be fine. I have used all sorts of brands and they all act pretty much the same. I can say though, I much prefer the small tubes over the type you linked solely based on the fact that I can see how much glue I actually have left... More of a preference really.

Depends really...

If gluing to a smaller rock, dry off the glue area then apply glue. Dry off the bottom of the frag, then place onto the glue. Hold for a few seconds then dip into water. Let it stand for a few minutes then place the rock in the tank.

If gluing to a larger rock that is in the tank and hard to remove things get more difficult, but doable. I would suggest using epoxy as well, but if you want to try just the glue, dry off the bottom of the frag. Then apply a generous amount of glue to the bottom of the frag. Quickly place it into the tank where it will stay and hold until it can support itself.

Either way I recommend gluing in an area where the frag can support itself anyway. This would be a crack, hole, or depression in a rock.

If using epoxy as well use super glue at each point. It would be as follows: Frag -> Super Glue -> Epoxy -> Super Glue -> Rock. This works better for those in-tank gluings and larger frags that are fairly heavy. It also works for gluing those smaller rocks to larger rocks.

Great advice with using epoxy and glue!
I always turn my skimmer of when using epoxy as it makes it bubble like crazy! And someone said that they used so much epoxy that their fish died. Can't remember who it was but be careful ;)

Using epoxy, I plan my application slowly meaning 2 frags a day. I had some bad experience with attaching 8 frags on the same day, affected my fish and stressed them out.
