Crazy/Insane fish prices

I am building the stocking lists for a 150 reef and 200+ FOWLER...when I came arcoss this guy

My jaw dropped and I darn near passed out. This guy is a steal at 2999.99 usd. I am not criticizing the pricing but it got me to thinking of the craziest sale prices for fish. Anyone got anymore???

SW Fish are extremely expensive right now due to lack of transoceanic flights. I will be waiting for a while before ordering anything new. I was at a LFS yesterday and fish were close to twice pre covid pricing. The crazy thing is that’s a fair price for the conspicuous angel.

?!?!?! I definitely don’t have this type of money after all those live sales...

You can find gem tangs for reasonable prices if you have patience. The rest of these fish always have been expensive. As much as people complain about reef fish being expensive, some are cheaper now than they were 20 years ago... not all, but some. Red sea fish have gone up quite a bit.
