So I purchased a frag a couple of months ago and I have to admit it was my favourite PE ever... Very unique and great coloration.

I have them in a 37 Gallon Show tank with a Radeon XR30W They are on the bottom of the sand bed... What I notice is that they have darkened and almost look like a regular RPE now.

The babies that are popping out look just like the original crazy lady when I first got it but the mature big polyp has darkened...

Any suggestions?

My water quality is pristine and well maintained so I'm thinking it is placement.

Anyone can chime in and help?

Also any help on how to get PDs, Captain Americas, and Nuke green to grow larger not faster?

I also have them in the bottom and they have decreased in size but they are still multiplying and colors are awesome.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

The paly size normally depend to the flow in the tank. Strong flow will make polyp smaller.

Color of your paly will be replate to to light. Some light systems will make it color change abit.

I have my crazy ladies in the middle of my tank at around 180 par or medium low light with moderate flow and after 2 months they've kept the color. I'm not sure about this theory but I think shorter white light period makes plays and zoas larger.
