Crazy Lady PE placement?

I'm having no luck finding the right spot for this PE. Any advice as to flow and lighting? Everything else in my tank has full polyp extension and is growing well, these gals just don't open up to their full extension. They've been in the tank for almost a month now.

I have mine under high light and med flow. Had it for 3 months and has only popped one baby

they are slow grower but when they pop the first baby they continue growing more fast,make a dip on lugols only and find a spot whit high light and med flow
