That's pretty standard "gaping" behavior from a RG. Drama queens. How big is your tank?
It really wants to intimidate my fire fish, but it's not working lol. The fire fish just stays there, then sometimes it will bite at the RGs tail fin when it turns away.

My tank every week. Same 2 fish. The firefish is just oblivious. lol.

I move my gorgonian when the gramma starts doing this regularly and it forgets where it’s territory is and stops for a while.

Lol yeah, drama queen is accurate.
It's a 60g cube, and I had just gotten a bully coral beauty out of the tank the day before. So that's why the gramma's tailfin is a little rough.
