crazy worm ?

I have three tanks a 65 a 32 BioCube in a 10 gallon I found these weird worms in my 10 gallon tank I have black substrate sand they are a main body with multiple tentacles comming off of it.It seems like the body of the worm is under the gravel or sand and then it extends its tentacles above to eat here is a picture I pulled them out and put them into a plastic cup

I looked up online it is definitely not a peanut worm at all3
