Cream/White blobs on Frag Tiles?

I need some help figuring out what these blobs are on my frag tiles. There are quite a few of them, 20 or so per 3" tile. They are on the tile themselves and not the coral from what I can see.

I'd say nerite eggs. They look very shiny, but maybe because they are out of water.
