I am starting a new biocube 32 and wanted to have my first fish be a mandarin. I had one in my last tank but I did not do enough research and that fish lasted about 2 weeks in my tank. I haven't started my new tank yet and plan on starting one at the end of July. I plan on using algae barn's refugium starter pack. How long will it take for my tank to have enough pods to sustain a mandarin? Also, how do you cultivate the pods in the refugium so my tank can keep producing the food for this fish?
