Team,

I need help ID this creature. Bad/Good to have and best course of action.
 
I can’t find any information about it. It retract when touch

Agree a white light picture would help. Can you describe it also? Is it hard/soft, does it move, have tentacles, etc.?
It’s soft and static it retract when it gets touch and I haven’t seen any tentacle.
 
This i outlined in red ?
Maybe a sun coral?
Looks like polyps coming out from few places but maybe you mean something on it i cant see?

Great shots but not sure but I would guess it’s a filter feeder and harmless. Good biodiversity for the tank although the coral above may out compete it in the future.
 
Yeah, that’s what I’m trying to ID. I know it’s hard to see. I will have to get my gopro camera in the get a closer look. The polyps are part of the skeleton structure but it’s soft. There is no tentacles coming out at least during the day.
