Creature ID?

I have this interesting snail type creature in my tank. I am not sure what he is, but I assume it’s a Stomatella. Someone please help!

Can’t see him very well… does he have a typical cone shaped or spiral shell or does he almost look like he doesn’t have a shell?

Yeah it’s really weird. It seems like the shell is a part of his body.. well obviously, but it just kinda blends right into his body!

I saved his life today. He couldn’t right himself and was too weak to fight the current! I also think I found a flatworm in the tank around the same time (fingers crossed it wasn’t). Small little organism that just kinda squirmed about but didn’t have strong flatworm like appearances.
