I noticed this creature on the glass of my reef tank does anybody know what it is?

It is fairly knew about 3 months I am taking it slowly and still adding the clean up crew I am thinking about getting a pair of clowns next week do you have any ideas for fish.
 
That's pretty much up to you man. You should research each fish & see if it gets along with everybody ,too big etc.

A pair of clowns is usually a great start. What size is your tank?
