Hi Experts, found these and a few other creatures while dipping corals.. are these just pods?

Those are isopods. I can see the visible uropods on the back end. Hard to say which type from the pictures but it's good you got them out.

Depends on the variety. Some are good for CUC, others are parasites of coral or fish.

I'm pretty sure yours are Munnid isopods which are harmless members of the clean up crew. Here's a photo for reference. If you see these guys, let them be. Not all varieties have the back stripe.
