credit given ecoplus chiller / sunlight supply

So when i bought my 300 gallon tank i bought a package that had two 1/2 hp ecoplus chillers. So these are second hand chillers. One of them i knew from the get go wasnt working. So when i setup the new tank i decided lets take it apart and see if i could see whats wrong. Well I opened it and first thing i found was the noise was coming from a fan that was completely broken. So i emaled ecoplus. Got a response in about a day. And the guy called me and we discussed the conditions. He asked me to take pictures so he could see the fan and see if they had one as its a discontinued part. I sent him the pictures and he responded back hes sending a replacement fan ups. Absolutely no charge. Hands down this is a company that stands behind their products second hand owner and not even under warranty. Just wanted to point out good companies like this and obviously TUNZE always the same kinda service.

I always liked their pumps hope they continue those since its more sold as hydroponic equipment.
