Crimson's 120

Thanks for the kind words!

I love this skimmer! It took a minute to get it tuned in when I first set it up, but I think that is pretty standard with most skimmers. After that it, I have had no quarrels with it at all. It pulls thick nasty skim and I have to clean it out on the regular or else my wife starts to complain that it is stinking up the basement. LOL!

Thanks. I'm still having a hard time picking my skimmer. Found a rlss r8i for $240 or thought about getting a coral box cloud 9 cheap bubble magus knockoff.

There are a lot of good products out there and I am sure whatever you get will work well.

Snagged some par readings with the addition of the t5s

I've been struggling with low nitrates. I've had my skimmer off for about a week and my nitrates are just now showing up at .02 on my Salifert test kit. Coral are starting to regain their color.

Thanks! It's a work in progress. Struggling with low nitrates. Trying to adjust some things to see if I can bring them up more.

Awesome looking tank - What made you decide to go away from the aquatic life hybrid and the ocean revives?

Time has worked in your favor! Plus adding more light and flow every six months it looks like haha.

Do you see a par difference with those two T5 bulbs a foot above the tank?

What does your Mitras spectrum look like?
