The sea cucumber will hide in the rocks. The part that is out is the mouth. Chances are you wouldn't be able to get it out. Here is a picture of one.

Wow cool. Thanks for that learning a lot here. All the sea cucumbers I've previously encountered were big things that just lived in the sand and spooged all over you when you picked them up
