Crisis averted

Power failure struck this morning about 9:30 am I wasn't too worried. Power was to be restored in less than 3 hours and my UPS would cover the outage. Then an update from the power company - 10:30 pm. My UPS wouldn't last that long and my family would get a little cold too. Went to Costco and bought a new generator and we are all warming up. Not a good night for the power to go out with forecasted lows of 3 degrees here in Denver.

What we will do for our little boxes of water and the critters that live in them.

Spending the money on a generator sucks but at least you, your family, and your tank are protected now.

UPS are great and I had an outage 4 months ago for 9.5 hrs and No effect at all. I have battery backup and it ran pumps and did its; job !
