Cristata or torch or?

Looks so close to frammer but agree with cristata which is often referred to as Poor Man torch. It has sweepers that will sting like a torch and requires moderate light and water flow and feedings 2-3X per week- Mysis is a good food. This coral is a great entry level euphyllia that sways nicely in MODERATE current.

I had to dedicate an entire 2'x2' end of the new tank to the bubble just to segregate it and stop the body count.
Bubble coral is last on my list. I know they need growing room and space. I have an idea of placement.

Still don't think the OP's coral is a cristata. if it is, it is. Either way gorgeous piece.

Edit: pictures can hide or reveal a lot of detail. If the septa is there, I just am not seeing it.

thank everyone. I'll have to go research what a septa is! This is looking 100 % happier than in my old tank. I feared it wouldn't survive so now it is opening and growing. Whatever it is lol's. Doesn't seem long enough tentacled for a torch but perhaps it will continue to grow.

I will look up and see what a septa is

In case you didn't find pictures.,
They are the large plate skeleton disks you can see on these cristata.
As you can see, large and very visible.

finally have this coral in a happy spot. Still unsure of what it is. it has what looks like "tails" on some of the tentacles. NOt sure if those are new tentacles? Never gets much bigger than this. I saw 1 cristata online sale that doesn't have the septas. Do they maybe form later? Would love to get this guy positively id'd

this pic you can see the "tail. Straight down from the word "see the"
