Going for minimal, I think I’m a bit over:/

Thoughts, I have about 5-7 decent size rocks in the sump. Plan on sps and Lps mainly.

I’ll be adding more fish as well, the 5 in the tank are from my 30g

Wouldn’t say you’re “over”. You nailed the portion on the left. Looks killer. Middle section just looks like a rock stuck there randomly, because, well, that’s exactly what it is. The foreground rock on the right kinda blocks what looks like a cool setup behind it. I’d personally rearrange the middle and foreground section on the right. But the only thing that matters is if you’re stoked on it.

I would alternate the heights of the islands so that they aren't all the same height, all the way across. Other than that, looking good!

First off, this looks pretty good already.
If you want to change there are a couple ways I would go.
Option 1: get rid of larger rock in the center section. Pull the remaining center rock forward a bit and pull the whole right structure back and to the left slightly behind the single remaining center rock.
Option 2: get rid of the smaller of the center rocks, pull the remaining rock closer to the left structure just over lapping behind. Create a new structure on the right that is lower than the center stack overlapping in front of the center structure. You are trying to creat a sloping style structure offset to the left side of the tank .
Option 3. Do nothing, once the coral grows in this will look great!
