New 81 gal tank wanted to try different aquascape this time . Please let me know your thoughts! Combination of Stax rock and caribsea pieces.

I agree. Looks good. A couple of smaller pieces in the front couldn't hurt. I'm kinda wishing I had incorporated that shelf type rock when I set up my aquascape.

Me personally I think it would look much more natural and cooler if the cave on the top left was somehow incorporated into the middle of the rock structure, not just placed on top. That way you can also use that shelf rock for coral instead of to hold more rock.

I like the way you use the stacked rocks, but personally I don't love the cave on top. I agree with Sean that the top left platform is great space for Coral and the cave feels like it should be placed somewhere else.

3 definitely looks the best Imo again maybe a accent piece or coral in the middle area to make the main structure look bigger

Clearance on the sides is crucial for me. I like clean sides of the tank and hate it when I do not hvae clearance. I have set up many tanks and even on my picos and nanos, I make sure a scraper will fit around. You will really not regret having clearance. Man, that word was used a lot. Must be word of the day.

Thanks for all the input. I am planning to put it together in the tank and make sure I have space to clean the glass all the way around. I may look for one small rock that is not so flat to add tho the left side to help take away the flat top.
