So I realize there may be issues here but Id love to here what everyone thinks and what suggestions you may have. This is for a 150g FOWLR. Some others I love but havent made the list are black occelaris and the infamous copperband butterfly.

Harlequin tusk
Square spot Anthias
Flame angel
Quoyi Parrotfish
Majestic Angel
Foxface lo
Powder blue tang (Suggestions)
2-3 Bannerfish
Spiny urchin

Thoughts?

I don't see any major issues. Just add the tang and the tuskfish toward the end of stocking.

Wow, Im really liking R2R so far... I posted the same list in another "forum" and I was quickly brushed off as a fish abuser lol

which do you think I should add first? I was thinking the Foxface??

Thanks. We are a much 'friendlier' place than the other guys.

The foxface or the pink square would be good first choices. Those or the clowns or copperband if they make the list.

I might be a little worried about the urchin with the parrot and the tusk, but I'm not sure. It just seems like a lot, and the parrot is a bit risky as they are difficult to keep.

You think? Hmm I need to look into that now... I haven't heard of much that attacks long spine urchins.

Like I said I'm not completely sure, but parrots have some very crushing jaws

As much as I think the powder blue tangs look really nice, I'm not a fan of tangs so would probley drop him and replace him with a niger triggerfish or bluethroat.

Watch the Tang and Foxface. They don't like to share algae. My Flame Tang attacked my Foxface until he got popped a couple of times with his death dart spines:eek: He swims around like he's drunk after he gets popped. Powder's are very susceptible to infections.

I def considered the niger trigger...

They're a bit pricey but a crosshatch trigger would be a great option for that tank they're the most beautiful trigger imo

I might be a bit concerned about the Foxface simply because of how big they get and how much they poop.
Ive heard this from others before. Ive never seen a huge fox face though. kinda curious now.

Yea the crosshatch is a little more than Im willing to pay for a fish lol.

I can't imagine a fox face will produce as much waste as a trigger, tusk or tang if you get one.

^I agree. I've seen foxfaces do just fine in a 120, so should be just fine in your tank.

I would really love the black clowns... just fearful that the tusk would eat them.
As far as the CBB... I love that fish. Truly gorgeous. Im apprehensive because Ive heard that you have to say a daily prayer, and chant something and do a secret dance if you want to keep them successfully lol.

^Agreed. Especially if the clowns are in the tank before the tusk.

If copperbands are given a chance to get used to captive life, and can get used to aquarium foods, they can be quite hardy..

I agree with most everything said above, except for the fox face which I think will be fine as well. I would skip the powder blue and go for a trigger as well. I have a pair of black and white clowns with a tusk with no issues also.
