This is going to be my layout for my led build. It will be supplemented with T5 for the day light spectrum. 3w leds.
But if you have any suggestions for better spectrums or if I'm missing something let me know I would love the input.

What size tank?

Way too many 490s and 520s. IMO and in my experience.

The 420s and 450s are fine. You could honestly get away with some 4500k and 2700k along with the blue/violet and do away with all the other spectrums.

What size tank is this over or is it just one section?

Yes, 420 is one of the big three sweet spots.

Honestly, the entire spectrum from around 410 all the way to 660nm but there are chlorophyll peaks of absorption that should be paid attention to for coloration and growth.

I tend to hit 420nm, 450nm really heavy then throw in some daylight that has peaks of red and green in it. Like 2700K and/or 4500K.

IMO most light fixtures have too much cool white and 470nm these are "windex" colors.

I very rarely use either one and, if I do, it's sparingly.

The LEDs that are in it now must be around the 470 because the tank looks like pure Windex when the t5s are off. That's what I'm trying to fix.
