Critter? Coral?

Hello all. I've noticed these "fangs" or thin stalks growing out of some of my frag plugs, rock, and snails. I've attached a pic of a snail with them because it's easiest to see. What is this? It appears almost like birds nest. They are very thin and the pictures are magnified/coral viewer.

They are vermetid snails.

Vermetid Snails. You can easily snap them off and I would since all you have to do is grab the snail.

Yup, they're tube snails
