Critter i.d please

Seen these critters running around today are these part of the Copepod/Isopod/Amphipod, seen 2 the size in video and one very tiny one, first time I have seen them but have added cuc and livestock today. Good or bad and if bad what's best course of action please, they move very fast so hard to take still image,
I would say shrimp like with a see through skin, alot of legs and tail end is curled underneath
