Critter ID Acclimating Now

I am acclimating a hammer Coral and need help with a critter. I'm not good with pics, but I'll attach a couple. It looks furry. A brown furry part comes out and as it extends out further, a blue, bushier part starts to come out. If I get too close, it jumps back in. What is it and is it good or bad?

+1 to Christmas tree worm. They are harmless, non-photosynthetic filter feeders.
