Critter ID help

Any ideas?
Yeah, currently, the video only works if downloaded, so a lot of people won't be able to see it - uploading the videos to a place like YouTube, then linking it here from there is a good way to ensure pretty much everyone can see it.

That said, even with just seeing the thumbnail image for the video, I can tell you that that's a bristleworm (Polychaete) of some variety - it's most likely harmless/beneficial.
