Critter ID help

Can anyone help me ID what this is? I have Quite a bit of them in my tank and they seem to be digging tunnels in the sand.

Looks like a tanaid shrimp.

Agree it's a tanaid shrimp. Most are scavengers but some do eat pods.

Oh ok, So are they safe to keep in my tank? And do you know if my yellow watchman goby eat them?

Not sure about the watchman but I've seen people keep the tanaid shrimp in there tank with no issues besides there pod population. IMO I would leave them.

Definitely something a watchman would eat.
