I noticed this small little line of white on my rock and saw that it had a little head at the end that could retract that kind of looks like a really small anemone. There used to be one but now there are two. Is this aptasia? Or maybe another critter and should I be worried?

Are those bad? If so how can I remove? Is there a removal method that doesn’t involve me taking out the rock?

Those little worms have never caused me problems like their larger diameter cousins, except that they do spread and I have occasionally gotten empaled on their tubes causing deep flesh wounds prone to vicious marine related infections. I've never gotten a bad infection but they have caused me to cry out (with unholy utterances) because of the injury.

I'd watch to see if they are feather dusters, (nice catch @Sparkymarc ) but if you don't see a fan then simply crushing them or smothering them with superglue are methods used by folks to limit their spread.
