CRITTER ID HELP

I've been battling an alga problem as of late, so to help combat this I turned off all aquarium lights for yesterday and today. And this evening I noticed about five of these little buggers on my front glass:



They're white and almost look like baby starfish. Any thoughts on what these might be?
