Critter ID Needed

This in my sectioned off part of the tank where the return pvc pipes are. Water tends to be stagnant there and these creatures are appearing, sorry for the low quality pictures it was hard to get a good focus on them.

Yup stationary does not move, tank has been running for almost 1.5 years
