Critter ID on my rocks please, they seem to be brooding

the link shows them better imo, but here is a pic. Looks like super tiny red/ white anemones. Almost looked like food pellets in the distance.

Possibly aitapsia anemones, a little hard to tell,but,if they are, they are bad and should be removed, or as stated above, hydroids.
