Critter id please, flatworms or pod?

I have these guys showing up on the glass. Harmless or bad? Seems my wrasse likes them. About 3mm size. Shows up as a little snow storm during lights out some days... corals seem happy including euphyllias... sorry about the blue light and bad picts from the phone.

How does it move around? Slowly trailing like a slug or shooting/zooming around?
