Critter ID please maybe tube worm

Hi this snail has been in the tank for a month. Today is the first time i see this little flower like thing on his shell. Is it a tube worm?

It's hard to tell from the picture, but look up spirobid worm, and see if that looks like what you have.

Thanks, i just googled and i think thats different. The one i have has a flower like head next to the white dot in pic

I could be wrong, but I believe you have two different creatures there. The flower looking thing, I am unsure of what it could be, but the white curled up stony looking thing appears to be a spirobid worm.
