Bristle worm. Me personally?I don't like them, some people think theyre a good scavenger but I think they're ugly and creepy. Don't touch them, it'll hurt. If you want to remove them, just get something that eats worms, arrow crab seems to be a popular choice. If you don't do anything they'll likely multiply quickly depending on how often you feed.
 
Found a new home in the sump for him... he’ll do just fine down there.
