Critter ID please

I've just bought a little frag for my tank and they put it in a cup for the journey home.
When I took the frag out the cup was left with these in it.

Can you tell me if there good or bad please

There's a worm?
A couple of snail looking things?
Also a couple of smaller critter looking things?
