Critter ID please

Lately I have been seeing these white spots all over the glass on my tank. Too big to be a pod so I got out the microscope. Looks like tiny snails under the scope. The only thing that has been added in the past few months is Tims Eco balance, and waste away. Any idea what these are? Where did they come from?

Spirobid worms, Harmless but they grow like crazy.
