Critter ID?

They seem like tiny worms crawling on my glass. I've counted up to 20 or so of them. They've just started appearing this week. Can anyone ID these for me and a remedy if they are harmful to a reef? I took magnified pictures to help you ID.

The black things that appear to be inside its head seem to pinch together as if it's eating.

It could be a bristle worm, but I doubt it because of the shape of it's mouth.
The only other idea I would have would be a bobbit worm, but that is unlikely (though I have heard of it happening).
Hopefully someone else has more ideas.
