Are they the harmless flatworms?

Look like acoel flatworms. Most are not terribly dangerous.

What would you recommend to kill them off? I’ve been reading and there’s mixed reviews about flatworm exit

Those eat pods and population will be determined by the amount of pods...I wouldn' worry about them.

Good pic! I have these in my QT and was concerned, but they are so tiny I couldn’t get a good enough pic to send in for ID. I was just going to describe them as shaped like little Star Trek com badges. Lol
