I don't have any, already threw these out. If it helps they were a sponge like texture and white colored.

Than most likely a sponge

They are very common, harmless filter feeders that mainly gather in the shadows of sumps, filters, rock, etc.

Thank you for the information, I never got them in my last tank. Then again this build is miles ahead of that one, I imagine much more life and biodiversity can thrive in my current build.

Now I'm sorry I threw them out, but I'm sure there are more in there that I didn't find.
