Critter ID

Good day everyone,

I have a new tank (three months old), and recently my tank has cultivated a massive copepod population, they have covered my entire glass. There are two pics of the pods. But this morning I discovered a cluster of five things on the glass, I have no idea what they are and am hoping for an ID. Are they eggs of some sort?
