Not quite sure what this is, anyone have any ideas?

assuming I am correct yes. Though if that is the only one take some pliers or something to crush it and remove. then scrape and rinse very well in sw before putting back in tank.

Also just to add the "concern" is they can multiply rapidly in the "right" conditions and they irritate coral. Not the worst pest in the world, but definetely not something you want.

Ok I haven’t seen any other ones but I’m moving it to my bigger tank so I think if I just remove it I should be good. Thanks!

Should I be concerned?
Yes definitley TAKE ACTION NOW lol. I would cut off with bone cutters or pliers then take a dab of coral glue and put it where it was so its sealed off. Repeat with any new ones you see i saw one on my frogspawn when i first started my tank and now.......
