Noticed these small critters on my glass after cleaning the outside, any ideas as to what these are?

Noticed these small critters on my glass after cleaning the outside, any ideas as to what these are?

Look a bit like a large Copepod or maybe even an Amphipod.

Its safe. Fish food for the young, small ones.

Look like pods to me. I never see them out in the open because my fish eat them. I see them under my cleaning magnet if I leave it in the tank for a while though
