Looks like some sort of annelid to me, maybe a featherduster worm that made a casing out of substrate or something of the sort, but I'm not sure. Can you get a pic with a bit more lighting?

This is in my quarantine tank so the lights don’t get any brighter.This guy is on the side of my hammer coral.

From what I’ve been reading it’s some type of worm and it’s not of the “good” type. Still researching…..,,
